Samantha “Sam” R. Cruz serves as Nugen Law’s Intake Coordinator, where she helps create a welcoming and supportive first experience for individuals and families reaching out to the firm. With a background in social work and client focused support, Sam brings compassion, communication, and a strong understanding of the importance of listening to every interaction.
Sam earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, which helped shape her thoughtful and people centered approach to working with others. Her educational background and passion for helping individuals navigate challenging situations allow her to connect with clients in a way that is both compassionate and reassuring.
How She Helps Clients
As one of the first points of contact for many families, Sam understands how important it is for clients to feel heard, comfortable, and supported from the very beginning. She helps guide individuals through the initial stages of the intake process while ensuring communication remains organized, responsive, and welcoming.
Sam is passionate about creating positive client experiences and understands that many families reaching out to an elder law or estate planning firm may be facing emotional or uncertain situations. Her calm presence, compassionate communication style, and dedication to helping others allow clients to feel more at ease as they begin the planning process.
