Cralissa “Crissy” Holmes serves as Nugen Law’s Office Manager and Senior Estate Planning Paralegal, bringing over a decade of concentrated experience in estate planning, elder law, and life care planning. She works closely with firm leadership to manage both the operational and client service sides of the practice, ensuring every department, from intake through post-signing, runs smoothly and efficiently.
Crissy’s experience spans all aspects of estate planning, asset protection planning, Medicaid, probate, and trust administration. She is a key resource for the attorneys at Nugen Law, supporting them with high-quality document drafting, process management, and client coordination.

From the first consultation through plan delivery, she coordinates workflows, maintains communication touchpoints, and ensures each plan aligns with the client’s goals and unique family dynamics. Leadership in Life Care Planning & Client Operations
As Nugen Law continues to grow, Crissy plays a central role in managing the firm’s Life Care Planning and Elder Law services. She leads internal systems development, staff training, and performance monitoring to align the firm’s daily operations with long-term strategic goals. Her structured, thoughtful approach allows the attorneys and care coordinators to focus on higher-level client work while she oversees the consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables.
Credentials & Skills
Crissy earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy from Indiana University in 2016. Her academic foundation in policy, organization, and leadership shapes the way she manages teams and client matters; with foresight, fairness, and structure. Her colleagues consistently rely on her ability to anticipate needs, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain a supportive yet accountable firm culture.
