Devon A. Winebrenner joined Nugen Law in March 2025 as the firm’s Client Concierge. She is often the first point of contact for new and returning clients and plays a central role in coordinating intake for estate planning, asset protection, and Medicaid planning matters. Devon graduated from the Indiana Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Her background in recreational management—focused on lifesaving instruction and outdoor education—shows up in the calm, structured way she communicates and organizes details under pressure.
How She Helps Clients
Devon’s focus is to make the first steps clear and welcoming. She confirms appointments, outlines exactly what to bring, and builds simple checklists so clients arrive prepared. When matters touch long‑term care or benefits eligibility, she helps clients gather financial and care documentation for the legal team and explains next steps in plain English. Devon collaborates closely with attorneys and paralegals so that intake information aligns with the plan being designed, whether it involves wills and trusts, trust‑based asset protection, or Medicaid application support under attorney supervision.

Devon grew up in Auburn and remains active with several community‑based organizations.
