Kolton D. Watson is Nugen Law’s Estate Planning Legal Secretary and a first point of contact for many clients and referral partners. He manages scheduling, coordinates intake information, prepares files for attorney review, and supports document production under attorney supervision. Kolton graduated with honors from the University of Saint Francis with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science: Law and a minor in History, and he brings disciplined organization and clear communication to estate planning, asset protection, and Medicaid planning matters.
How He Helps Clients
Kolton’s focus is to make the first steps easy across estate planning, asset protection, and Medicaid planning. He confirms appointments promptly, explains what to bring—including financial and care documents when Medicaid eligibility is in scope—and ensures that attorneys and paralegals have the information they need to make meetings productive. He provides reminders and directions, responds quickly to questions, and keeps lines of communication open so clients always know what is happening next.

Born and raised in Auburn, Indiana, Kolton values the community that shaped him. Kolton is an avid history enthusiast and enjoys traveling with his family to American Civil War battlefields across the United States. Faith, family, and community are central to his life, and those values inform the respect and care he brings to every client interaction.
